*Preschool - representatives from Caldwell Preschool Program: WICAP, YMCA, and Caldwell School District will be present*


Registration may take up to an hour - please plan accordingly

What to bring:

• Your child
• A copy of your child's state - issued birth certificate
• A copy of your child's immunization records
• Picture Identification
• Proof of address (rental agreement, power bill)
• Court documents (if applicable)
